‘I have worked for Active Tameside for 12 years, delivering PE, health and nutrition sessions. I am a qualified youth worker, working with young people across Tameside and Manchester, providing additional provision, engaging with young people with additional needs and behavioural needs, as well as working towards crime prevention and being a key worker.’

‘I have worked for Active Tameside for 10 years, starting off has a Football Development Officer. I work with challenging young people across Tameside schools and I have worked in partnership with Thomas Ashton school for the last 4 years, engaging both key stage 2 & 3. I lead different Alternative Provision sessions, either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. I have a passion for working with children with emotional and mental health needs that significantly impact on their behaviour in school. Through my hard work and determination, I have had a big impact on changing young people’s lives.’
